Pilates for Circus Bodies

Erin and Carmen are back again to teach this unique and ever-changing workshop. This time we will focus on core strength and flexibility. Every Pilates move that we have chosen will simultaneously stretch and strengthen you. We will be using the mats, props, and equipment.

Learn how Pilates can help you develop or hone your circus skills. Pilates has roots in gymnastics and the repertoire is uniquely suited to help you perform the movements and skills that you need for many of the modern circus apparatus such as Trapeze, Lyra, Silks, Straps, Rope, Handstands, and Tightwire.
