Oxygen Advantage® Coach

Erin is an advanced Oxygen Advantage® Certified Trainer. She has used this method to recover from a lifetime of asthma. The Oxygen Advantage® techniques are based in science and are research-backed. The Oxygen Advantage® method uses the principles of high-altitude training to help increase our oxygen uptake and decrease sensitivity to carbon dioxide in order to become more efficient breathers.

This course provides tools for you to:
